The Perfect Part-time Team

…we practice what we preach!

Meet Our Part-Time Team:

  • Sonia Mahfouz, Founder & CEO

Sonia Mahfouz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Perfect Part-Time. Her professional career began as an educator, a career that she loved for eight years. When she became a mom, she quickly realized she wanted more time and flexibility to be home with her baby.

As she met other moms, Sonia found this was a “hot topic” among many mothers. Both mothers who were working full-time and mothers who were staying home full-time  wished they could work part-time. Finding or creating The Perfect Part-Time was the preferred option for many moms.

As a new mom, Sonia was fortunate enough to negotiate a part-time contract as a school psychologist, and that gave her The Perfect Part-Time job she was looking for.

Eventually another part-time opportunity fell into her lap in the network marketing industry, and she flourished in that career. With this new opportunity she was able to work remotely, determine her working hours, recruit her dream team, and earn a full time income while staying true to working part-time hours. That’s when Sonia got the idea for The Perfect Part-Time.

Sonia wanted to help more people find The Perfect Part-Time opportunity across more industries! Her heart has always been with the working moms to give them more options. But her mission goes far beyond moms. Whether you're a college student, a full-time working professional, a full-time stay at home parent, a military spouse, or even a retired professional,  Sonia wants you to have more choices.
